Thatcher's hCG Diet - Final Stretch

Final stretch - less than one more week to go. As of today, I have lost 21 lbs! It's been very satisfying seeing the 21 pounds melt off my body. I'm looking forward to this last week, and seeing if I can hit 30 pounds lost. This last week I will be focused and will not give in to the many temptations that approach me.

Over the past few days, people have been "noticing" the weight - and I've dusted off some clothes I haven't worn in some time - and excited to continue to fit back into more clothes I haven't seen in a while. Feels really good.

I'm really busy today, so I just want to drop a quick update this morning...

I am down another pound! That makes 18 lbs lost!!! I will continue as normal.

Thatcher's hCG Diet - I'm back, diet's going STRONG

I'm back!

The diet has been a lot easier than I thought it would be. There have certainly been times when I was hungry, but for the most part, spreading my food throughout the day keeps my hunger at bay. I've heard of people "forgetting" to eat - and until today, I thought it was crazy. I've never been the type to forget to eat. I was busy today and realized at 1:30 pm that I hadn't eaten a thing. I wasn't hungry at all - I ate an orange around 2 pm then had my regular meal...chicken, veggies and then later a piece of Melba toast.

Away for a week

I am on vacation! I will be unable to update the diet progress while I'm away. I will continue posting updates when I return. Have a great week!

Thatcher's hCG Diet - Diet Success

I thought maybe I would wake up lethargic or starving because of the low calories from yesterday, but I was wrong. I felt awake and refreshed. Then I weighed in. 4.4 pounds lost? Wow. I grabbed my lunch for the day and also a fresh pitcher of iced tea and headed into work. Excited to see more results tomorrow!

Thatcher's hCG Diet - No More Loading

I was a bit surprised that I only gained 0.8lbs between Tuesday and Wednesday -- especially with all that food I ate on Tuesday! It was really easy to eat a lot yesterday. Not only did I meet friends for dinner last night, but I had a colleague who is retiring today, so we did lunch yesterday and had cake in the office. I continue to take the hCG drops three times a day before meals.

Current weight: 239.8lbs
Current body fat: 33.7%

Today, I started taking the hCG drops – seven to ten drops three times a day. This is my first time doing the hCG diet, and I am very excited to be sharing my experience with all of you.

Tom's hCG Diet - I Made It!

I made it!!! I have had an incredibly successful 3 weeks! In just 3 (and a little) weeks I have lost 30 pounds -- WOW! It felt so good yesterday morning as I stepped onto the scale, and it made the last 3 weeks totally worth it.
