Thatcher's hCG Diet - I'm back, diet's going STRONG
I'm back!
The diet has been a lot easier than I thought it would be. There have certainly been times when I was hungry, but for the most part, spreading my food throughout the day keeps my hunger at bay. I've heard of people "forgetting" to eat - and until today, I thought it was crazy. I've never been the type to forget to eat. I was busy today and realized at 1:30 pm that I hadn't eaten a thing. I wasn't hungry at all - I ate an orange around 2 pm then had my regular meal...chicken, veggies and then later a piece of Melba toast.
I also had my first day without the drops. Everything went great! As of today, I am down about 13 lbs! AWESOME.
