Thatcher's hCG Diet - Fun to Diet
It's amazing how fun the diet can be when you step on the scale and see AWESOME results!
I weighed in at 223 lbs - that's about 17 pounds from my starting weight. It has been a couple of weeks now, and I thought I would have the hardest time with the diet. As long as I keep myself busy and space out my food...I basically have no "hunger pains." Each day I see results makes it that much more motivating. As long as I keep my positive outlook on the diet - and what has seemed to become a lifestyle, it's not so bad. I feel like I'm eating healthy - all fresh foods, prepared by me. It's a bit reassuring to know exactly what you're putting into your body. I've realized how easy it is to prepare my lunch daily for work - and less expensive.
I've had plenty of opportunities to "cheat," and I am happy to say that I haven't yet. I'm eating only approved foods on the hCG meal plan and not yet coming bored with them. A few people in my office have heard through the grapevine that I am on the hCG diet and are quite supportive. A few of them have gone through the diet and have shared some recipes with me. I think having a good support system with this diet makes it all that much easier.
I've only got a short time left on the diet! I am very excited about the results!
