Tom's hCG Diet - I Made It!

I made it!!! I have had an incredibly successful 3 weeks! In just 3 (and a little) weeks I have lost 30 pounds -- WOW! It felt so good yesterday morning as I stepped onto the scale, and it made the last 3 weeks totally worth it.

Many people have asked me if it has been hard to only eat 500 calories a day. They tell me that it is impossible to go that long and not cheat and still feel good. For me, it was difficult at times, but it never got hard because of hunger. I very rarely got "hungry" during a time that I couldn't eat part of my meal. In all truth, there were days that I just totally forgot to eat a large part of my meal. However, the thing that was hardest for me is the cravings. In the last 3 weeks, I went to a birthday party, a wedding, several restaurants, and many other places where great food was right in front of me. That part was hard to not just say, 'One day of cheating can't hurt me too bad'. Had I given in, I wouldn't have the results that I have today. My diet was difficult at times, but it is so rewarding.

I think for me one of the biggest keys to success was the people I had surrounding me, pushing me. I have great friends and family that continually encouraged me and helped me along the way. They knew what my goals were on this diet, and they did everything they could to help me accomplish them.

Alright, well I reached and surpassed my goal!! Now, I need to make some lifestyle changes so I can keep the weight off.

I appreciate those who have commented and followed my journey. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
