Tom's hCG Diet - Busting through my Diet Plateau

Sorry! I know it has been a couple of days since I was supposed to update everyone. I'm sorry, but here it is now!

To recap the weekend:

I don't know how everyone else is with weekends, but for me the hardest part of any diet is the weekend. The weekend is when I get invited out to dinner or over to people's houses for pool parties and other events that always have great food. These types of events are the moments that we discover how serious we are about losing weight.

A side note, I know that I can still be social through the weekend even though I am not eating what everyone else is eating. Before going out, I am make sure that I had my allowed foods so that I am not hungry and then I am better able to enjoy every other part of the weekend.

Anyway, I stepped on the scale this morning and I was thrilled to see 231.0! That means that I am down 20 pounds from when I started! I am so excited -- I've almost reached my goal. I feel energized and recommitted this morning, I know I will finish strong.
