Tom's hCG Diet - Beginning Diet
This post is part of a series of guest posts by Tom. He will be sharing his journey with us. If you'd like to guest post, leave a comment below and I will contact you.
A couple of days ago I began the HCG diet again. The first two days were awesome because I got to eat everything I wanted to. I felt like the first phase of the diet is a little counterproductive because the goal is ultimately to lose weight, not to gain weight. Still, I've heard from friends that this is a critical part of the diet.
Following a lot of advice I've seen on Hcg Meal Planner and other similar sources, I planned out my meals for the first week. I wanted to be prepared for everything so I wouldn’t have that any temptation to eat anything not allowed in the diet. The other thing I wanted to plan for was making sure I had variety of foods planned out.
This morning when I I woke up, I immediately weighed myself. I am starting my low-calorie diet off with 251 pounds. Right after I got off the scale, I got my HCG out and took today's first dosage for the morning.
It is 4:00 pm now and I feel great. I had an apple late this morning, and I spread out the rest of my meal so whenever I start to feel hungry I eat a part of my meal. I can not wait to get on the scale tomorrow morning to see the results. I love the fact that I can see results day after day.
I would very much like to lose 25 pounds in this round of diet. I feel like this is a totally doable goal. I am going to keep track of how I am doing everyday so that you can watch my progress. My hope is that you can see that this diet does work and also find inspiration in reaching your own goals.
