Tom's hCG Diet - About Half Way!

While on the HCG diet, once a week you're not supposed to take the hCG drops. For me, the first day of that was a few days ago. I was a little anxious about it, but I know that is how the program works. Anyway, it turned out just fine and didn't really effect me much.

I have really come to realize that I focus a lot on the end of the diet. When I do, I feel like it's never going to come. I have goal for my weight and I have a plan on how I am going to get to that end goal. But I figured out that to be successful, I have to focus on today! I make goals for today and tell myself that 'Today I am going to be strict about this diet and follow the hCG meal plan exactly'. By telling myself that each day, I am here on my 10th day of the diet, and I am down 17 pounds!
