Plan hcg Meals

The best way to deal with the hcg diet is by making a few days worth of meals at a time. I find it best if I make meals twice a week and fill tupperware with the protein part of each meal for the next 6 days. I use all sorts of seasonings and spices to load the chicken or fish with flavor.

By doing this I create the difficult part of half a week's worth of meals in about 45 minutes. The rest is easy...I just put my veggies and fruit in my bag and snack on those throughout the day in between my chicken and fish hcg meals. This hcg meal planning has allowed me to better enjoy my time on the diet. Give it a try.
